Hallie celebrated her 5th birthday this week! I can't believe my baby girl is five!? Time flies too fast, I hate it. When she woke up, Cam asked her if she felt older, and she said, "I feel taller!" On odd years, instead of having a birthday party, we take the girls out to a restaurant of their choice, and when we asked Hallie where she wanted to go she said, "Pizza Hunt, and can I get stuffed crust too!?" She knew exactly what she wanted, so on Friday, we'll take her on her birthday date.After Daddy came home from work, we ate Hallie's favorite dinner: lasagna, and then we opened presents. Hallie got a couple books and workbooks to help her with her reading skills since she is already reading which we are so excited about! We then sang Happy Birthday to her and as she said, we "devoured" her rainbow cake I made (don't look too closely!). She had such a fun day, we love you sweet pea!
