Yep, there's 3 1/2 years in between Syd and Bentley and only 3 pounds difference between the two, ha! It's pretty funny watching Sydnee hold Bentley... he's bigger than she is. Bentley's six months old and weighing in at 19 lbs. 12 oz. Can't remember the length, but it puts him in the 80th percentile. It's the weight that I can't get over and here's what he's up to:
- He sleeps from 8pm-7am... sweeeet. He still pees through his diaper
onto his pj's and sheets nightly but at least he sleeps through it now
and doesn't wake up... poor guy. I figure if it doesn't bother him it
doesn't bother me... until the morning that is. I've got stripping his
bedding and starting a wash every morning down to a science now ;)
- He is starting to sit up, still a bit wobbly but getting there.
- He's learned how to be heard in this family: by yelling or screeching at me once...or twice... or three times. And it works too.
- He's becoming more vocal, making cooing sounds.
- He totally gets when the girls are trying to be funny around him and laughs hysterically at them.
- He started baby cereal this month and is my only child that LOVES it.
- Has a tooth bud forming... we're just waiting for it to POP through.
- He's still such a laid back and happy guy. He's worth keeping around for a while.
